- Your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, age, and household size.
- The type of coverage you’re seeking and your stated priorities.
- Optional information you provide (medications, providers, pre-existing conditions).

3. How we use it
- To prepare insurance quotes and recommendations.
- To contact you by phone, email, and SMS about your inquiry.
- To submit applications to carriers on your behalf, with your authorization.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. Carrier disclosures are limited to what is required to obtain a quote or submit an application on your behalf.

When you provide your phone number and consent on our quote form, you agree to receive calls and SMS text messages (including by autodialer) from Harrison Health Consulting at the number provided, regarding insurance quotes, appointments, and follow-ups.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We support the standard short codes STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, and HELP.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number with any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for our communication with you regarding your insurance inquiry.
